Files can be prepared and supplied in a number of different formats and then setup in your existing cloud or network based file server system. All files supplied are fully editable and you have full control to amend and update the files. Key files like the IMS manual are supplied in MS Word.

During the consultancy process a shared Dropbox folder will be setup for file sharing. This allows all relevant parties to view and edit the files and also ensures all files and are fully backed up and all changes and versions of files are also backed up which can be useful if any files need to be restored or recovered!

When providing consultancy support we make full use of the alphaZ IMS framework when setting up management systems. All files required are supplied, fully-prepared, in the Dropbox shared folder but additional files can be reviewed or downloaded from alphaZ documents. Consultancy clients can setup an alphaZ subscription to download documents and also subscribe to the isomanaged.com email update service - there is further information about this on the alphaz-documents page.
