For responding to findings raised in your audit report, with the corrective action taken and how you checked it was effective.
IAF22 Audit Evidence Request
For sending evidence the auditor has asked for, such as screen grabs, photos or other files.
Returning your response
Please return the completed form and any evidence using the secure upload link in your audit report, not by email. Responses are due within 3 months of the date of the report, unless the report gives a different date.
Observations do not usually need an immediate response and are reviewed at your next audit. Opportunities for improvement and auditor comments need no response.
